The Pros and Cons of Acting in a Movie

At the time, I had an idea of the kind of actor I wanted to be and I kind of envisioned myself as a young Sean. It took me a long time to discover in those kinds of parts that what you're being asked to do most of the times is to show up and be. So it was in fact of perfect confluence of person and character, you know. And playing the part of the young kid that has the captain of the starship was very much like the actor me having to take command of this part and being number one on the call.
