We found working from home raises productivity by 13%, which is massive. And B, they seemed a lot happier. Part of this was they didn't have the commute and all the uncertainty. The other big drivers, it was just so much quieter at home. We also do rate, though, that one of the downsides of working from home was promotion became less likely to happen.
