JD: I ended up being a senior enlisted advisor for 30th company. And obviously 30th company had like a bad rap before I got there, you know what I mean? So they had them living on zero deck right next to the bad oat, the battalion officer. Alan Eshmok, he'd see me up running, and he ran cross country. He was a surface warfare officer. The mid-ship, I had more fun.
