That also means you're exercising your speech brain circuits too,. Without actually going with the flow of on activity in the muscles. Incredible. This idea of singing helps you as well, even with Parkinson's patients and so forth. When I say something, singing or listening to music helps them move better. It's easier to do things with singing sometimes than it is with speaking
