The Importance of Middleware in OTT
The migration from claim to MPP was a full nightmare. I realized at that point that I needed severability. OTT flow was all bundled together. So we were able, through my developer, Ken Conner, who created the app. And we were able to create a piece of middleware which called into MPP's system and allowed us to change passwords.
