Chapter Two of Alle and Yavana
There's a lot that I really enjoy. My favorite would actually be on fairy stories, the one we talked about in the very first episode. Really just amazingly rich insight into Professor Tolkien's mindset and his worldview as understanding of fantasy. So much applicability to everything he wrote and everything that we read, even that's not written by Tolkien.
