If a team or organization has a cultural value of kindness, ands what advice do you have on how to approach accountability discussions? This is a great question, and it it requires us. Right now, you can be nice all the time and still be unkind. And i think that happens way too much in society. I like to talk about in churches, where people are nice and smily but they're not kind.
