Joint Participation and the First Amendment

CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't think it's heresy to advocate for the development of common law. He points out that joint participation does have some applications beyond like private deputization. The platforms declined to do what the government asked at least 50% of the time and then a further percentage of the time just added a label with counter speech, said Sutter.
