Problem-Based Learning Can Be More Effective Than You Think
A strong, authentic assessment can actually make problem-based learning a lot easier to do in the class. A lot easier on the students if they understand what the assessment's going to be too. So there are some advantages for that kind of assessment to exist. Typical students will do far more through problem-basedlearning than not. But we'll get now into where problem- based learning is shown to be more effective and where it's shown to be less effective.
