CFS: I've never told you that social setting doesn't work on this specific by a person. Before I worked at deal I was selling to sales and marketing personas. And then yeah coming into deal I was kind of like hmm is this approach going to work well for CFOs or HR leaders for example. It works really really well. People are almost like too scared to call up these CFOs because they have this kind of view of what they might be like in their heads but actually those people that do it's almost like a kind of welcome surprise for them.
