The Importance of Education in the Cosmetology Industry

In New York state a cosmetology license is a thousand hours of work and remember you're paying for those hours because you're at school. What's funny about Iowa is though I remember editing a story about braiders. In order to get your braiding licenses it was still the cosmetological license. It's this absurd numbers even if you never to cut hair do skincare work or any of that you still need this cosmetologists license just to braid hair legally. There's like some lobby group going on there or something. The beauty industry for so many people is a way out of it’s a way to a better life, she says.
