The Role of Training History in Exercise Effectiveness

In some of the studies that we looked at, the individuals were sort of not previously trained so a lot of them were set in three or didn't have much exercise history to begin with. So I think if someone might be, it might be causing some anxiety, I think that once they sort of start exercising, we know that the benefits can be achieved relatively quickly and in the short term. Just providing them with a program that's achievable and not sort of beyond their reach and not too unpleasant or vigorous for them, by doing that, I think immediately or in a short amount of time, they will be able to experience the benefits.
