How to Grow Vegetables in Cambodia

In Cambodia, you find that they don't grow many traditionally because they had forests. The extremely hot wet summers where the fungus take cat kills,. cabbages and lettuces is a problem. But if you want to pick it every day and have some soups and things, how would you do it? You find there are no salads because most of the water is polluted. So you have soups every day cooked freshly and to bulk up liquids. Then we talk about the seed and the season, keeping it safe, protection, how it's propagated with it, all the varieties. We could have had 600 varieties of bananas in Vietnam but we stopped them; we don't know how
