Exitt to community provides an opportunity whereby your a your community, meaning the folks. Let's talk a little bit about exit to community. Me traditionally, startups have two paths per exit. They either get sold to amas on fate booker or they go public in an apio. We want to find a way for community ownership of open collective because we believe that the tak should be owned by the community it serves. The only thing you do is sort of cut your losses. Or maybe you can sell the busits to an individual. But what if he sold that business to the patrons who'veo been coming there and bringing their families there for forty years? That's all exit
