The Pernicious Effects of Political Parties on Democracy
I find it quite easy to distance myself from this stuff just on the basis of I'm not a supporter certainly not a member of any political party. There is I do have priors though. I believe in liberal ideas and one of the chief liberal ideas that I believe in is that all ideas and all propositions are improved by being criticized. And so my my priors in this case are we living up to those basic liberal ideas which should be quite widely shared in the way that we do politics at the moment.
