hashicorp tools all have like a history in trying to solve a problem that the defoundes armona mitchell, had while trying to build either platform. And right around the time of nomad, it was mostly when people were using mesos marathon. The most famous thing was borg, right when google was running internally. It's based on papers of borg and omega, which are both white papers made by google, around schedules. But i feel like my only real test was, or trial with it, was like early days when i was trying everything and didn't really know what to use.
