The 16 Inch Is a Good Idea for Laptops
If you're willing to build it yourself, it starts at around 1600 euros for the DIY. It comes with pretty powerful Ryzen 7 CPUs, at least 16 gigs of RAM and 512 gigs of storage. But framework has good Linux support, at least on the framework 13. So I would be surprised if the 16 inch wasn't in the same ballpark.
