Do FISA Courts Really Authorize Metadata?
At the time that the lawsuit was brought, they were renewed 41 times and and reauthorized. Most recently at the time of the lawsuit on so they were using this FISA court to authorize all this metadata. So you don't know, but it is it is a public proceeding rather than a private proceeding because again there's no confidential information at stake.
