How to Breathe Silently and Relax

Breathing through your nose as much as possible into the diaphragm. A lot of people are not doing right, they're constantly mouth breathing. As you build that up over time, what I've found is I can run 30, 40 minutes just nasally breathing. It's amazing. You come back in this deep sense of relaxation and all those aches and pains from exercising fall away.
