Meditation and Self Compassion

It's really easy to fall off track. You can easily stop meditating for a period of time. And then, you know, judge yourself for not doing that. I found earlier this year trying to meditate, I'd sit on the pillow and I would be so full of just, it was like my body was all it wanted to do is jump off that pillow and go do stuff. It's only the last few weeks that I felt very calm and being able to do it. So in order for us to really make a difference, we do need to do it regularly.
