The aorta in all reality is not that hard to see on the majority of patients. I can spend, you know, 30 minutes examining every single rib space in a patient because I like it that much. The rush is for me basically just the sub-covicular views. It's very rare to find the tension pneumothorax as the cause of hypotension in a patient who's not intubated.
