It was very inspired by this series called black red and white by an author named Ted Decker. The main plot of that is there's this guy Thomas Hunter who when every time he falls asleep he passes through into a different alternate world. It was me as the main character and it was like telling the story of me in this house I was deathly afraid of clowns when I was a kid. And so there was I had a similar power as Thomas Hunter but I was being stalked by this clown that was sort of patrolling the borders of the house.
