The Haunted Scientist

I think even the most interesting chemical inventions probably haunt their inventors to some extent. I can totally understand how you'd be haunted by your creation. Most scientists get into science and research out of a desire to do good, whether it's just informing us about the world around us or creating drugs that treat human disease. No one does this because they're setting out to harm human society.
