Is There a Group of Qualities in These Prodigies That Allowed Them to Be So Great at Something?

I wanted to finish this on this chapter, even though it's sort of middle towards the beginning is the chapter where you talk about all the individuals that became sort of prodigies or geniuses at something later in life. Is there a group of qualities in these later in life geniuses that you see that allowed them to be so great at something?
