The legal forces at B are initially looking at Joey as someone who they might be interested in charging with statutory rape because Amy he had sex with her when she was 16. And so they do and they actually do find him guilty of sexual of uh statutory rape and he serves 119 days in Nassau County jail. It's not much but at least there's some like tiny nugget of consequences for him. He only destroyed her life because she happened to walk into his auto body shop. I mean geez, it doesn't seem to have pierced his emotional rhino hide.
