What Is the Role of a Delivery Unit?
I really wanted to address the basics, which is to understand what the role of a delivery unit is. If you say you're going to reduce waiting times in any department for four hours, we're going to measure that. So set a goal and make sure there's a way of measuring it. Make sure you understand the plan for making it happen. You have to wipe out the delivery chain. Governments are constantly overwhelmed by crises. What part of government will keep focused on the priorities as crises occur? And I'm collecting examples of this.
