Why Is There No Talk of Ramping Up Oil Production?

It's interesting that there hasn't been talk of ramping up oil production. We enjoy a very close relationship, historically, with soddy arabia. And it's not entirely clear to me what we're getting out of our great and famous relationship with the sody royal house. They are literally not picking up the phone. There's just a huge, huge, a diplomatic breakdown, which is having economic a ramifications.
