What's Unique About the Leki Project?
Leki is a greenfield infrastructure investment project in Nigeria. Chinese companies are contributing capital and borrowing from banks to build it. It's part of an integrated investment construction and operation (I-C-O) model, which has been discussed by China over the past few years. Leki: I'm trying to understand if what we're seeing with this Leki project is something really unique that might point us to the future of what the Chinese might do in other parts of Africa.
