How to Warm Up for High Intensity Training
The stuff that can be done from sort of middle to later on the sessions is your endurance work. It's a really good way of getting less efficient climbers to move a little bit more efficiently at the end. So if you're going to do this as part of your warm up at start keep it really really light. A lot of people ask is when we say like we said earlier training five days a week that doesn't mean that you have to do high intensity training every every one of those sessions.
