95% of our thoughts, habits, actions and reactions are automated. By becoming aware of it can help you recognize the patterns that are driving our behaviour. It's easier to modulate an existing habit than to create a new one. So iam practising being very aware of when my ego is giving me reasons to do something or reasons not to do something. If you can't decide, it might be a no f you spend that much time deliberating. But of course, saying no and the complete absence of yes leads to a stagnant lifeand that's no fun.
