How to Draw Clinically Relevant Conclusions From Research
When a study looks at a correlation, you have to be very specific in your description of it. So people misunderstand that if I get my patient to do 17 single leg squats by six months, I'm going to reduce the risk of injuries. Like that's not what that study says at all. What that study did is basically the conclusion control for this one off study which probably wasn't power strong enough to draw strong conclusions from.
