How to Slow Down Fatigue?

Life style is by far the fundamental thing when it comes to fatigue that i talk with patience about. There's a few different thingsand we we'll dive into these a little bit more, but nutrition, stress management, relationships, movement and nature are some of the big ones. One that i want to add in specifically is definitely screen time. More people are working from home, spending way more behind their screens. The average person spends about eight hours behind either a phone or computer screen. If you know your work in eight hours a day behind the computers, take those mornings and evenings away from the devices,. because it will honor a will help your health? Definitely. Ye.
