The Book of Proverbs and Other Works of Wisdom Literature
The wisdom of Solomon came from an insight into the world. The Queen of Sheba and various other people in the region came to learn from Solomons. Wisdom is a matter not primarily of speculative reason, but practical reason. It is discovered as the art of living well. In scripture such wisdom can be seen in rule and the exercise of power.
