The Importance of Breath Work

Breathing is the single most important thing we've done to optimize performance. The ability to access both ends of the spectrum, as far as sympathetic and calming down in really short amounts time, blows my mind. I trained pro athletes, and i'd say most of them have no idea how to control this. They don't tend to be victims of their own mind, said any more. And that's just an amazing gift.
