"It's easy to think you know what a prospect's most pressing problem or fondest dream is and you can still be wrong," he says. "I went through that book probably four or five times and each time I was just going through and trying to make the most sense out of each bullet point." Start your copy with a magic wand. Pretend you are a wise wizard or a genie from a lamp. You want to promise to solve a problem or make the prospect deliriously happy. The second thing to really zero in on this problem or want is testing. People say they want one thing and are willing to take action and spend money on something else sometimes.
