Why Should We Be Incentivizing People to Do the Right Thing?
I think we hear this a lot not just from social scientists like Caitlin but we hear it just from people who are operating in this space. Why should we be incentivizing people to do the right thing? It isn't everything that one does within their organization ultimately driven by an incentive to get paid for it. I mean we work in a place we get paid we do our job and we are compensated and rewarded for it oftentimes financially.
