Co Design and the Future Looks Likely
Co design is used to address complex problems such as the climate crisis and racial injustice. A lot of people who are working in these sectors haven't been trained in co design. There's huge demand right now for on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring. i see lots of potential tois not in gett consultants to do the co design work. I'm shiftingo more and more am towards doing co design coaching and mentored. amd, just a currently in process of launching a community of practice.
