The Ukrainian Military's Motivation for Covert Attacks
The mastermind of these attacks is a 37 year old major general named Karelobudanov who is kind of an outsized figure within Ukraine. He fought against Russia after they invaded in 2014 and was wounded he's been on many secret missions that the government you know notably will not discuss. Western intelligence officials particularly in London and in Washington like him so much because he really embraces this persona we should say.
