The Role of AI in Law Firms

Law firms should be doing stuff differently via tech via workflows via collaborative whatever it is but not a bad point if you're a partner if it ain't broke why fix it. Anything that's repetitive for example in the legal world can now be done better by technology. People in their 20s assume they won't stay with the same organization for more than three years at any point in their career and that is a new phenomenon. It takes six years of us investing in a trainee before they become profitable, so I think there's a fundamental here of talent shortage.
