Introduction

A baby fell out of a fourth floor apartment, breaking its fall by landing on street sweeper joseph figlock. Figlock was injured but the baby was fine. Just over a year later, while he was sweeping that same alley, the very same baby, a year older, fell out of the very same window on top of joseph viglock, again, injuring him, and the baby was okay. Without this mobile clinic, people can't access treatment for die betes and hyper tension. Treating these conditions saves lives.
