How to Connect With Others in a Diverse City

I want us to become more curious than we are afraid. I want us to stop letting the sicital issues of the day dictate how we connect to those who are in our vicinities. We've seen this, people have come with a pain from their culturalbringing. And instead of trying to move them past it too quickly, i want us to be able to understand what that might feel like. Are ways that we can begin to let curiosity connect us again?
