Reactive Transaction Manager Interface for Spring Security

It's not true that one thread will always be the one being used for a transaction. So we needid some way to to re create that we created. We've credited a reactive transaction manager interface. And what that does is, behind the scenes, it's using a mechanism in reactor to propagate contextual information between threads. You can think of it as a dictionary or a context that gets added to each pipe line. It's this generic mechanism at allows you to do that.
