Don't cut things out cold turk, but slowly begin replacing some of those things with healthier options. Your kids are not going to starve themselves. Eventually, they will learn to eat healthier foods. You can have a horrible day of eating, just don't get on the scale the next day. It's about consistency. Remind yourself to do your best as often as you can. And when you do go off the rails, get back on the rails as soon as possible. Because you are worth it.
