There's a guy named Joseph W. Walker who's going to a busy public house,. A public house is a bar, basically. It's election day for the local sheriff. Gunners Hall is busy because, like so many places, it is functioning as a pop-up polling place. So what happens when Walker arrives at Gunners Hall?
