The Importance of ANA Titers in SLD

The U-LAR ACR criteria for diagnosing SOE contain clinical and immunologic findings. Once a diagnosis of SLD is made, the goals of treatment should aim for remission or low disease activity. Biopsies imaging neuropsychological evaluation, EEG and close routine monitoring may be indicated for these patients.
