We do allow ourselves to explore other realms, to have adventures in our imaginations, and therefore we cannot say that we are present one hundred percent of the time, but we make that time for those adventures. We decide when we are not going to be present in the moment that we are in because we are interested in creating something new and doing so consciously, and you can do the same.

You can set aside time for yourselves to go within and have moments of creativity, of exploring, of creating using your imagination. And you can travel to other realms, other dimensions, other realities, other times and places, imagining yourselves as other beings, because as you do these things, you connect to those places and to those aspects of your soul that are there. You are not going to have a random imagining. It will be something that you are already connected to and that you want to participate in more consciously, but your conscious participation in it does change it.

You do alter your reality in each and every moment that you are in, and when you do it consciously and deliberately, you can have a lot of fun with this imagination of yours. Now we know there are some of you who do not have the ability to picture something in your mind’s eye, and if you are one of those people then you can write a script for yourself, something that you can act out and play the part of. And you can imagine that there are other people in the room with you speaking their lines. Or you can paint, or you can draw. You can bring to fruition this type of rendering of a reality, even if you do not believe you have the capacity to do so in your mind’s eye.

You are welcome to daydream. You are welcome to go beyond what is present with you in the room, in the moment you are sitting in. And the rest of the time that you are living your lives, it is ideal to be present with what is in front of you. You also have the ability to request dream time experiences and astral travels that you will remember in the morning.
