The practice of meditation is not just about focus, it's not just about non-movement. It's about slowly learning to divert your attention away from others and the way you think others see you in a state which I name Badali called Wellers. Our bodies tend to synchronize with others emotionally in terms of rhythm, in terms of movement. And when there is movement, movement affect others. So this is a movement between what would other think of me, what is going on, what are other thinking,. But they're still helping you in their presence to enter deep meditation.
