The Future of Cheese Is Here

A company called Perfect Day is selling non-animal ice cream, cheese spread and whey protein all packaged in similar ways to traditionally made foods on supermarket shells. In December 2022 Nestle released a milk called cowabunga in a few stores in California which is labeled animal-free dairy. Maria says consumers prefer to think the product they're eating is grown perhaps on a farm rather than made in a factory process.
