And we have to realize that there going to be good days and bad days before life gets harder. So how do you deal with collapse? I mean, arnare you saying to basely, like, ignore collapse and put it out of your mind? Or are you saying, find something that you can do now to make yourself feel like you're in control, or what's the best route? He says: "It comes down to being very self aware"
