Is Elixir a Good Community?

The Elixir community is rather small and comparison to most others, but I think they're really passionate for such a language. So maybe the passion levels may be higher, could be a little bit lower than the places that are more popular. But if you look at the comparison of the population density of the language, it's like still pretty massive,. So it's like more people shouting, but the people who can shout is much less.
